**Cancellations will be taken from the non-paid registrations in order of priority from group bookings. Cancellation on or before October 15, 2010 are entitled to a full refund, less a $50 (plus GST) administration fee. Cancellations after October 15, 2010 are not eligible for any refund. Delegate substitutions, in writing, can be made at any time prior to the conference.
