Getting people to talk to each other and making sure lines of communication become and remain as open as they possibly can has always seemed to Iris to be the best way to address concerns and resolve problems. In the realm of oil and gas and other resource development, the synergy process has proven effective in creating a respectful way for the necessary exchange of information, so all the parties involved understand the issues and can work towards outcomes that benefit both people and the environment.

Iris is a charter member of Lakeland Industry and Community Association (LICA) and Synergy Alberta. With extensive experience in organizational development, strategic planning, and effective communication in a wide spectrum of boards and organizations, her passion is to facilitate clear, cooperative communication and collaboration.
