Charmaine has been with LICA for two years and has seen LICA through a period of transition and reorganization during that time.

Charmaine has an extensive background in local government administration, including 24 years of local government service and completion of the Local Government Administration Program through the University of Regina. She particularly enjoys working directly with the public as she has discovered how one's work can make an immediate and profound difference in peoples' lives.

Charmaine embraces environmental initiatives and sustainable development, as supported and promoted by the LICA organization, which has offered a new challenge to a career in administration in an exciting new field.
